Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping within Australia is FREE when you spend over $99

Standard Tracked shipping: We offer $10 flat rate shipping within Australia

Express Tracked shipping: We offer $15 flat rate express shipping within Australia

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times

Standard Tracked 2 to 6 business days $10

Express Tracked 1 to 3 business days $15

International 6 to12 business days

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to the following countries:

  • United States

  • Canada

  • New Zealand

Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Paper Avenue is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 6 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@paperevnue.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Your Paper Avenue Planner is handmade with love using premium natural leather. As a natural product made from animal hides, leather will differ from hide to hide. Variations in the leather’s texture are not
a fault but part of its natural beauty and uniqueness. Because every piece of leather is different, the colour dyes a little differently during the tanning process, causing irregularities in the colour’s consistency and depth.

There will always be natural markings on leather, such as dents, scars, scratches, wrinkles, or blemishes.
As natural markings or irregularities, these are not defects, but rather indications of genuine leather.

All planners purchased from Paper Avenue come with a one-year limited warranty.

We use only high-quality materials and handcraft each planner with great care. Should you experience any issues with the craftsmanship or materials, your purchase is covered by warranty. We encourage you to contact us at info@paperavenue.com.au if you have any questions or concerns.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@paperavenue.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
